Mrs Edward Sandling, head nurse at Community Hospital, received word Sunday of the sudden death of her father, Jeff Card, 55 of a heart attack in Taylorville, Ill., that day. She and Mr Sandling left by automobile Monday afternoon for Taylorville to attend the services later in the week. Surviving are the widow; one other daughter, Mrs Patricia Glass of Allentown, Pa.; and one son, Jess, Jr., of Seattle, Wash.
