Stephen P. Throop, age 40, passed away Oct. 1 from a motorcycle-car accident. 

Funeral services were held on Monday, Oct. 6 at 11 a.m. at the Bellair Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Glendale with visitation from 9:30 until service time at the church. Interment will follow on Thursday (Oct. 9) at Tahoma National Cemetery in Kent, Wash.

He is survived by his wife Teresa of Glendale; children Tyler, Daniel and Jorren; brothers Damon and Dale Throop of Kerns, Utah; and Nathan Throop (Kayle) of Treemont, Utah; sisters Sheri Throop of Kerns, Utah; and Becky Wood of Eureka, Calif.; parents William Allen and Margaret Irene (Maxted) Throop and in-laws Ken and Marjorie Booher.

Arrangements are under the direction of Wickenburg Funeral Home and Crematory.
