Robert LeRoy Kelley of Phoenix, Ariz., passed away on Thursday, Sept. 4. He was born Nov. 9, 1942 to Lewis and Lucille Thomason Kelley in Wickenburg, Ariz.

Bobby is survived by brothers Billy Kelley and Rick Kelley, sister Donna Kelley McGhee, Uncles Ira Kelley and Clyde Thomason, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at the Congress Cemetery on Saturday, Oct. 18 at 10 a.m. Family will gather at the home of Rick and Jana Kelley, 26610 Grand View Drive W. in Congress, afterwards.
