HINKLE, Warren L. (Bud)


West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona August 10, 2010 Warren L. "Bud" Hinkle, 85, of Litchfield Park died from pancreatic cancer Aug. 3, 2010, at his home. Mr. Hinkle was born July 21, 1925, in Bruning, Neb. He served in the Army Air Corps as a radar technician at the Alamogordo Army Air Base at White Sands Missile Base in New Mexico from 1945 to 1946. He was a project engineer and program manager at Goodyear Aerospace/Lockheed Martin for more than 30 years. He is survived by his wife, Holly; one daughter, Kristi McClellan of San Angelo, Texas; two sons, Jim of Goodyear and Bob of Mesa; one sister, Mary Hawley of Payson; and five grandchildren. Services are 2 p.m. Aug. 14 at Christopher Creek Bible Fellowship, E. Highway 260 in Christopher Creek. The Rev. Ed Hepworth will officiate.
