Louzelle (Lou) Hercus, 91, passed away, Saturday, November 4, 2006, at her home in Prescott. She was born January 29, 1915, in Tucumcari, N.M., the daughter of John and Gertrude (Brown) Whittle.
Lou enjoy playing bingo many years ago, horseback riding, going for automobile rights, painting, making and playing the piano. She was proud of her children and their accomplishments.
Lou is survived by her children, Nancy and Arnold and Aaron Sodikoff of Prescott; Mark and Betty Hercus of Long Beach, Calif.; Vicki and Jan Hercus of Holland; and Audrey Hercus.

A celebration of Lou’s life will take place at 11 a.m. Wednesday, November 8, 2006 at Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home, corner of Cortez and Carlton streets in Prescott.
