Nancy Morgan Whitehead, 69, of Phoenix, passed away May 26, 2007. 

Nancy, a retired Registered Nurse is survived by her daughter Laura Whitehead and companion Cathy Conley; former husband Dan Whitehead; son Donald Whitehead and wife Lynne; sister Judith Hendricks and husband Tom; niece Betsy Schmeising and husband Sumner and children Jimmy and Clara; nephews Kip Hendricks and wife Jenny and children Jack and Lizzie, Chris Udvare and wife Michelle, Mike Udvare and wife Micaelle and son Holden; sister-in-law Diana Anderson and husband Gerry; and brother-in-law Joe Udvare. She was preceded in death by parents Deut and Gwen Jones and mother-in-law Maxine Whitehead. 

Memorial Service was held at All Saints' Episcopal Church, 6300 N. Central Avenue. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014.
