Beatrice B. Culbertson, 86, died Saturday, July 19, 2003 peacefully in
her Mesa home surrounded by loved ones. She was born an only child to
Harvey Belton and Margaret Rosenow on April 12, 1917 in Fargo, ND. She
married August 3, 1942 and their family established a residence in
Arizona in 1965. She loved to travel and garden. She was preceded in
death by her husband, Lieutenant Colonel Omer William Culbertson, July
15, 1976; companion Jim Foss and grandson Lanny Hurst. She is survived
by her 6 children: daughters, Beatrice A. Culbertson, Gail Hurst, Mary
Patricia Koch (George), Karen Ho (Terry); and sons, William Culbertson
(Janet) and David Culbertson (Linda); 15 grandchildren; 25 great-
grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Services will be held on Friday, July 25, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. at Green
Acres Chapel of Light, 401 N. Hayden Rd., Scottsdale, AZ 85257.
