Archie B. Lowe, 73, of Gilbert, passed away July 21, 2003. He and his 
wife, Maxine came to Arizona in 1967 and moved to Gilbert in 1990. He was 
a professional engineer and a Registered Land Surveyor. Mr. Lowe retired 
from the Arizona Department of Transportation in 1985. He is survived by 
his loving wife of 51 years, Maxine Lowe, daughter Pam Lowe (Tim Hill) of 
Boise, Idaho, and daughter Sherry Lowe (Bob Redell) of Livermore, 
California, and granddaughters Audrey and Lily. He will be greatly missed.
