Wickenburg (AZ) Sun Wednesday, May 14, 1997 Carl R Bales of Mesa and formerly of Wickenburg, died May 11 in Mesa. He was 86. Mr Bales was born Aug 9, 1910 in Crete, Neb. He had lived in Arizona for the past 20 years. He is survived by his nephew, Harold Koehler of Mesa. He was preceded in death by his wife and son. Private funeral services will be held in Brush, Colo.
