She is survived by her husband Dwight Williams of Congress; son Gary Norton of Torrance, Calif.; daughter Diane Spencer of La Mesa, Calif.; stepchildren Steve Williams of Indianapolis, Ind.; Robert Williams of Fayetteville, Ga.; Karen King of Poway, Calif.; brothers Joy “Pete” Gibson of Pasadena, Calif.; and Jim Gibson of Paso Robles, Calif. Memorial services will be held Saturday, Dec. 6 at 10 a.m. at the First Baptist Church of Congress. The family suggests any memorial contributions in Vangie’s memory be made to Hospice Family Care at 1000 E. Sheldon St., Ste. 100 Prescott, AZ 86301 or to the American Cancer Society. Arrangements are under the direction of Wickenburg Funeral Home & Crematory.
