Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ - Published Wednesday, January 4, 2012 - Diane Lee Wickstrom, 69, passed away on Dec. 25, 2011, in Lake Havasu City. She was born on Jan. 15, 1942, in San Gabriel, Calif., to George and Lela Dietzel. Diane moved to Lake Havasu City nine years ago, coming from Huntington Beach, Calif. She will always be remembered fondly from all that knew and loved her, but especially from her niece, Ann Marie, who always remembers growing up that she wanted to be like “Aunt Diane” and would say things like, “I want to be as tall as Aunt Diane.” She was always very giving of herself and fun to be around. She will be remembered for her outer and her inner beauty. “I will miss you and love you, xoxo.” Diane is survived by her brother, Dennis Dietzel; niece, Anne Marie Niemetchek; nephews, David and Scott Dietzel.
