Jerome Bash, 83, of Peoria, Arizona, passed away July 22, 2003. 

Graveside Services will be held Thursday, July 24, 2003 at 12:00 PM at 
Beth El Cemetery, 2300 W. Van Buren St., in Phoenix, AZ. 

Contributions may be made to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower Street, 
Phoenix, AZ 85014.
