Richard John Jensen, 75, of Prescott, Ariz., born Dec. 4, 1936, in Evanston, Ill., passed away Dec. 30, 2011.

Services will be 1 p.m. Jan. 28, 2012, at Unity Church, 145 S. Arizona St., Prescott, Ariz. Full military honors will be at a later date with scattering at sea by the U.S. Navy.

Arrangements were made by Arizona Wakelin Bradshaw Funeral Home.
