Raymond Albert Geiser, 70, passed away Jan. 3, at his home in Lake Havasu City. He was born on July 1, 1941, in Sacramento, Calif., to Albert and Celia (Clancy) Geiser.
Raymond served his country proudly in the U.S. Army and the National Guard and was honorably discharged. He moved to Lake Havasu City eight years ago, coming from South Lake Tahoe, Calif. He was a member of the Moose Lodge, the American Legion and the Eagles. Raymond did not get to see his youngest daughter’s baby, which he dearly wanted. He had six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren with two more on the way. He will be greatly missed and will never know how much he was loved and missed.
Raymond is survived by his daughters, Terri Geiser, of Carson City, Nev., Tracy (Jerry) Chapman, of Lake Havasu City, and Amy (Paul) Schoppman, of Denver, Colo.; brothers, Stan Geiser, of W. Sacramento, Calif., and Robert Geiser, of Colorado Springs, Colo.; sister, Linda (Bill) Monroy, of Sacramento, Calif.; grandchildren, Jamie (Eric) Meron, of Lake Havasu City, Jerry (Sarah) Chapman, of Hawaii, John (Shannon) Chapman, of Lake Havasu City, Kristina (Ralph) Diaz, of California, Heather (Chris) Wickware, of Nevada, and Laura (Dusty) Amos, of Oregon; and 10 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Albert and Celia Geiser; and his wife, Sandy Geiser.
Funeral Services will be at the Moose Lodge in Lake Havasu City Saturday, at 10 a.m.
