BRUNSTEIN, John R.

The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Friday, July 25, 2003 John R. Brunstein of Avondale, AZ, died on July 23, 2003, at the age of 48 following a short illness with cancer. John and his wife, Elizabeth, have three beloved children: Paul, Luke and Kathryn. John is also survived by his brothers, Stephen Quinn, Robert Brunstein and David Brunstein; and his sister, Cynthia Lancaster; aunts, uncles, and many caring cousins, nieces and nephews. John was a devoted husband and father and taught 5th grade with dedication and zeal at Scott Libby School in the Litchfield Elementary School District. A faithful Christian, his family is comforted to know John is at peace with God. A memorial service will be held Sunday, July 27, at 4:00 p.m. at Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church, 918 South Litchfield Road, Goodyear, Arizona 85338. Memorial gifts may be sent in lieu of flowers to Beatitudes Center D.O.A.R. (Developing Older Adult Resources), at 555 West Glendale Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona, 85021.
