Also submitted to the East Valley Tribune, Tempe, Arizona Friday, July 25, 2003 Mr. Donald K. Chapman of Scottsdale, AZ passed away on Tuesday, July 22, 2003. Donald was born on June 24, 1940 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He was happily married to Carolyn for 35 years. He was retired from US West, and served in the U.S. Army. He enjoyed his family and he had a love for gardening and collecting antiques. He is preceded in death by his father Donald K. Chapman I and is survived by his wife Carolyn, daughters Jerilyn (Maurice Juarez), Daniela (Gustavo Salizar), sons Jeff and Don (Michelle), mother Della Marie and brothers Bruce (Kerry) and Richard (Connie), and 7 grandchildren. A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 26, 2003 at 1:00 p.m., at Green Acres Chapel of Light, 401 N. Hayden Rd., Scottsdale, AZ 85257.
