LAMONT, Leone

The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ December 24, 2008, p. A10 Leone LaMont, age 77, loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully Dec. 7 with her devoted family at her side. Lee, a 23-year resident of Wickenburg, was born in Branford, Ontario; raised in Michigan, where she met and married Sonny, her loving husband of 60 years. She is survived by her husband Sonny LaMont of Sun City, daughters Laura LaMont of Wickenburg, Linda Jones and son-in-law James Jones of Mesa, grandchildren Jeffrey Jones, Michelle Webster, and great-grandson Lorence Webster. A family service was held Dec. 12 at Sunland Memorial, where she will wait to be reunited with her husband in the same casket in an eternal embrace… together forever.
