The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona 7/25/2003 - 7/26/2003 Gerald R. Wallen, 60, of Peoria, Arizona, passed away on Sun day, July 20, 2003. He was born in Omaha, Nebraska on March 11, 1943. He was a much loved husband, father, and grandfather and he will be greatly missed by all who knew him, including all who worked with him during his 28 years at the State of Arizona Department of Revenue. He is survived by his wife, Linda, three children, Pamela Lynch Douglas Wallen, Stefani Wallen-Smith, two step-children, Kelli Nelson and Scott Boykin, his sister, Carol Welna and 8 grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, July 27th at 2pm at the Community Church of Joy, 21000 N. 75th Ave, Glendale, Arizona.
