JACK, SR., Herman Charles

The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Saturday, January 07, 2012 Herman Charles Jack Sr., born Nov. 10, 1938, in Port Barre, La., to parents Irvin Jack and Pearl Sostand, passed away on Dec. 31, 2011, at the age of 73 in Prescott, Ariz. He served four years in the U.S. Air Force and retired as the director of respiratory therapy at Maricopa Medical Center in Phoenix, Ariz. He was an extremely proud, kind and hard-working man who loved his family dearly. He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Shirley and son Adolphe. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Margaret; sister Emma; brother Joe; three daughters; eight grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
