Born in Los Angeles on Dec. 25, 1922, Barbara, known as "Babs" to family 
and close friends, died in Kingman Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2012.

Barbara was a longtime resident of Bullhead City, She moved to Kingman 
in 2008 to be closer to her family.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Roy Hickcox; and sons, Robert 
J. and Steven A. Davey.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Rick Chastain 
of Kingman; granddaughter, Jennifer (Joe) Jaen of Maricopa, Ariz.; 
grandson, Ryan (Kara) Matuzak of Queen Creek, Ariz.; and five great-
grandchildren.

Final arrangements are being handled by Dimond and Sons. Private 
graveside services will be in California.
