Willard Eugene Carter, 87, of Phoenix, AZ passed away on July 24, 2003. 
Mr. Carter served in the Army, WWII. 

Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, July 29th, 9:30 a.m. at the 
National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd., Phoenix, 
AZ.
