She died Friday, July 25, 2003 in Mesa, AZ. Mrs. Chester was born in Lewisville, Idaho. Survivors include her husband, Marvin Chester, sons Millard Hincy, Norman Hincy, 4 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 9 to 11 am at the Ward prior to the service. Arrangements by Mtn. View Memorial Gardens Mortuary.
