Carol M. Knitter, of Scottsdale, AZ, died July 25, 2003 following a long
illness. Born Carol Marion Moosburger on Dec-ember 16, 1925, she was
raised in West Allis, WI. She came to Scottsdale in 1998 from Florida
and was a retired insurance secretary. Mrs. Knitter is survived by her
son, Patrick Morris, of Schaumburg, IL; a daughter, Peggy Hansen, of
Scottsdale; four grandchildren. Erica & Kelsey Hansen and Courtney &
Wesly Morris; as well as many relatives and friends, all of whom will
miss her dearly. She was twice widowed, having been married to Edwin
Morris and then to Paul Knitter.
Messinger Pinnacle Peak Mortuary is entrusted with the arrangements.
A private family service at the Mausoleum in Paradise Memorial Gardens
takes place on Wednesday, July 30, 2003.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of the Valley, 1510
E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014.
