TERRY, Lawrence Walter

Arizona Daily Sun, Flagstaff, Arizona Wednesday, January 11, 2012 Lawrence Walter Terry, Age 57, passed away January 5, 2012; born January 26, 1954 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to parents Gloria Lennon-Terry and William Terry. Larry enjoyed fishing, camping, riding his motorcycle, rock & roll and watching Jeopardy. He was a member of the Live Fast, Die Young Club, The Veterans Association and The N.A.U. Alumni. He served in the Army in the 82nd Airborne and worked for the Forest Service Hotshots. He was an aerial photographer, builder, planner & surveyor, a carpenter and an entrepreneur. He was elected Dad of the Year and Dogfather of the Century. He is survived by his father William Terry; spouse, Terri M. Terry; 3 children: Laurel Terry, Abigail Terry & Travis Terry; siblings Diane Luffy, Bill Terry, Gloria (Kiki) Hanna, Joyce Smith & Chris Terry; and 5 grand-dogs: Charlie, Monte, Lola, Sydney & Pancho. His memorial service will be held Friday the 13th at San Francisco de Asis Parish 2257 E. Cedar Ave Flagstaff, AZ 86004 at 2 PM with reception to follow.
