Arizona Silver Belt, Globe, Arizona Wednesday, January 11, 2012 Marian T. Campbell was born in Globe, Ariz. on Nov. 16, 1929. She grew up in Globe, Ariz. where she met her husband, Vernon R. Campbell. Their marriage was a beautiful love story of 64 years. Her love of God, her husband, and family modeled God’s love for all to see. She is survived by her husband, Vernon; two sisters, Corinne Still and Claudia Jean Walker; three children; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Marian loved to paint, dance, travel, be outdoors and watch her family play sports. Marian was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Globe, Ariz. and enjoyed being a part of various Bible studies. She went to celebrate her first Christmas with the Lord on Dec. 20, 2011. Memorial service will be held in her home town of Globe, Ariz. at First Presbyterian Church on Jan. 14, 2012 at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in her name to the UMC Foundation, designated to the Diamond Children’s Hospital, Cancer Unit.
