Arbery Dale "Stoney" Stone, 74, of Buckeye died Aug. 15, 2010, in Buckeye.

Mr. Stone was born July 3, 1936, in Croswell, Mich., to Arbery and Iva. He was an Army veteran. He moved to Arizona in 1979 and worked as a carpenter and built custom homes. He was a member of the Moose Lodge in Avondale.

He is survived by one daughter, Sharie Countryman; one son, Rocky Allan; three sisters, Carrol, Eilene Abraham and Sandra Brooks; one brother, Duane; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
