Patricia Jane Martin, 62, Avondale Arizona, passed away July 26, 2003. 
She was born August 13, 1940 in Somerville, Mass. and was married for 44 
years. Patricia was a medical records supervisor for a long term 
facility. Patricia was a member of the St. John Vianney Catholic Church. 
She was preceded in death by son Phillip E. Martin Jr. Survivors include 
Phillip E. Martin - husband, Susan Cons - daughter, 2 sons: Patrick and 
Paul Martin, 9 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren. 

A private service will be held for family on Saturday Aug. 2, 2003. 

An open reception to be held at the home of Mike and Susan Cons 12723 W. 
Edgemont Ave, Avondale, AZ from 10:00 - 2:00 PM 8-2-2003.
