Norvel Owens Mortuary Flagstaff, Arizona Irene M Reichard (April 28, 1925 - January 13, 2012) Irene M. Reichard, 86 of Flagstaff passed away January 13, 2012 at the Peaks. She was born April 28, 1925 in Willoughby, Ohio. A celebration of her life will be Tuesday, January 17th at the Norvel Owens Mortuary Chapel with a visitation fro one hour prior. Interment will conclude services next to her husband Leon Riechard in the Veteran’s section of Citizens Cemetery.
