The Yuma Sun, Yuma, Arizona January 6, 2012 Ralph J. Willard, 90, a winter visitor from Kent, Wash., died Jan. 3, 2012, at his Yuma home. Born Jan. 18, 1921, in North Bend, Wash., he was a material tooler for Boeing and veteran of the U.S. Navy. A celebration of life will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Blue Sky RV Park Recreation Center, 10247 S. Frontage Road. Sunset Vista Funeral Home is handling arrangements, including cremation.
