Wickenburg (AZ) Sun Wednesday, January 30, 2008, p A-10 Ray Boone, 74, of Wittmann, Ariz., recently passed away. He was born in North Carolina. Ray was retired from the U.S. Navy and the Phoenix Transit System. He also volunteered for the Wittmann Fire Department and was a member of the Masonic Lodge, American Legion, and the D.A.V. He is survived by his wife June Evon, son Richard and his wife Angie, daughter Lois, grandchildren Eve, Paige, Angelica, Michelle, Jeramiah, and great-grandchildren, Michael and Matthew. Visitation will be at 9am Saturday (Feb 2) at Greenwood Memory Lawn Chapel, 719 N 27th Avenue in Phoenix with funeral service to follow at 10am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Crisis Nursery in Phoenix, or to St Jude's Cancer Center.
