LOWE, Toy E.

Toy E. Lowe, 89, of the West Valley, died Aug. 12, 2006, in Goodyear.

Mr. Lowe was born March 3, 1917, in Sugarloaf, N.C.

Mr. Lowe is survived by one sister, Chancie Weaver; one brother, L.B.; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be sent to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014.

Thompson's Valley West Funeral Chapel in Goodyear made the arrangements.
