West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona August 27, 2010 John "Jack" W. Weedman Jr., 66, of Kennewick, Wash., and formerly of Avondale died of heart attack Aug. 4, 2010, in Richland, Wash. Mr. Weedman was born Feb. 3, 1944, in Victoria, Ill. He moved to Arizona in 1965. A former Air Force staff sergeant, he spent his civilian career in the computer industry with Sperry/Unisys before retiring to Kennewick in 2005. He is survived by his wife, Marilyn; one daughter, Brenda; two sons, James and David; two sisters, Rosanna Stamat and Anita Rice; and five grandchildren. A celebration of his life is scheduled for 1 p.m. Oct. 2 at Trinity United Methodist Church, 3104 W. Glendale Ave., Phoenix. Memorials may be sent to the American Heart Association.
