Josefa C Abril, 92, a Phoenix homemaker, died Jan. 20, 1988, at Phoenix Baptist Hospital & Medical Center.  She was born in Marfa, Texas.  

Survivors include her daughters, Tillie Opinal, Faye Napoleon, Mary Patricio and Lillie Lugo; sons, Frank, Albert Jr., Joe and Eugene; 49 grandchildren, 69 great-grandchildren; and 9 great-great-grandchildren.  

Friends may call from 1 to 5 pm Sunday at Whitney & Murphy Chapel, 330 N Second Ave. Rosary will be recited at 8 pm Sunday at SS. Simon & Jude Cathedral, 6351 N 27th ave.  

Mass will be said at 11 am Monday at the cathedral.
