Crystal Kescoli Sloan was granted her wings on Sept. 14, 2011. She was 26.
Her final days were spent surrounded by family and friends. Crystal touched many hearts in the community throughout her short, yet very memorable, life.
Crystal was born June 2, 1985 in Tuba City, Ariz. to her loving parents Herbert and Rita Sloan. She was in the graduating class of 2003 at Page High School. Her latest occupation was at Checkers O’Reilly Auto Parts.
Crystal was a very loving mother to her daughter Christine. She was very helpful and compassionate to other people, and always helped someone in need. She was very outgoing and spontaneous. She loved going camping with her family and friends, and loved going to the lake with her daughter.
Crystal will always be missed and remembered by her distinctive laugh, her jokes, and her big brown eyes that would brighten anyone’s day.
She was laid to rest Sept. 19 in the Page Cemetery following a service at the Church of Nazerene in Lechee, Ariz. Arrangements were by Desert Memorial in Tuba City, Ariz.
Crystal is survived by her parents Herbert and Rita Sloan, grandmother Alberta Denetsosie, daughter Christine Taylor Miller, boyfriend Patrick J. Miller, brothers Nicklas Sloan, Eric Sloan and Jeremy Sloan, sisters Stephanie Sloan, Nicole Weber and Cindy Siria.
She was preceded in death by brother Michael Taylor Sloan and grandfather Henry T. Sloan.
