SELF, John Randolph (Randy)

Lake Powell Chronicle, Page, Arizona Thursday, Sep 8th, 2011 John Randolph Self, also known as “Randy,” died in Phoenix Aug. 29. Self was 58 years old. Self was born June 26, 1953 in Miami to William Thomas Self and Ida Virginia Self. He is survived by his wife Mary Kathryne Self of Church Wells, Utah; his son John Z. Self of Church Wells, Utah; his daughter Kathryne V. Young of Church Wells, Utah; his daughter Kelly D. Rodgers of Bagdad, Ariz.; his daughter Lorena M. Aldrich of Boardman, Ore.; and his brother William T. Self of Page. Self is preceded in death by two of his children: Shelly Self and Joey Self. Self had 11 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. A private memorial service was held for Self. Self’s parents will graciously accept donations in his honor.
