BEU, Charles Allen

Lake Powell Chronicle, Page, Arizona Thursday, May 5th, 2011 Charles Allen Beu, 85, passed away Jan. 25, 2011. He was born Feb. 6, 1925 to Charles and Mary Bell in Allentown, Pa. He was the youngest of five children. Charles served as a Merchant Marine and a combat rifleman during World War II. He lived the life of a true cowboy for the past 23 years, herding cattle in Kanab, Utah. He was a caring and loving father and friend. He will be missed. Charles is survived by Frances, Joseph, Raymond, Gabriella, “Mickey,” Patrick, Karl, “Billy,” Teresa and Desiree. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren. Charles was preceded in death by his sons, Charles III and Heinrich, a daughter, Mary and grandson, M. Travis.
