VELASQUEZ, Joe L.

Joe L. Velasquez, 36, of Waddell died July 12, 2006. Mr. Velasquez was a military veteran. He was co-owner of Food Source International. Mr. Velasquez is survived by his wife of 18 years, Andrea Velasquez; two daughters, Lisa Marie and Christine Joanna Velasquez; one son, Joe David Contreras Velasquez; his mother, Guadalupe Velasquez; his father, Jose P. Velasquez; one sister, Veronica Escalante; and one brother, Jorge Velasquez. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, with a rosary recital at 7 p.m., in the chapel of Resthaven Park Mortuary, 4310 E. Southern Ave. in Phoenix. A service will be held at 9 a.m. Thursday at Resthaven Park Mortuary. Donations can be sent for Mr. Velasquez's children to Chase Bank under account name of Velasquez, Account No. 723422911.
