West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona Tuesday, January 17, 2012 Samantha Crabtree, 29, of Buckeye died Jan. 7, 2012, in Phoenix of leukemia. Mrs. Crabtree was born Jan. 23, 1982, in Phoenix. She worked as a bus driver for the Liberty Elementary District. She attended Liberty Elementary and graduated from Buckeye Union High School, where she was a member of 4H and FFA. She received a certified nursing assistant certification from Job Corps. She is survived by her husband, Timothy; two sons, Jordan and Austin; her parents, Terri LaFevers and Russell and Susi Henry; two brothers, J.R. and Liam; and five grandparents, Ronnie and Sandra Henry, Madge Moore and Garye and Bitsy LaFevers. Services will be at 11 a.m. Jan. 21 at Liberty School Elementary, 19818 W. Highway 85 in Buckeye.
