Mitchell "Mitch" Peugh, 17, of Avondale died Aug. 28, 2010, in Avondale. He was born Sept. 25, 1992, in Phoenix.

He is survived by his parents, Travis and Faith Peugh, one sister, Brook; two brothers, Marshall and Brennen; and his grandmother, Pat Peugh.
