West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona September 10, 2010 Sherry Lynn Chamberlain, 44, died Aug. 14, 2010, at her home in Goodyear. Ms. Chamberlain was born May 19, 1966, in Milwaukee and moved to Arizona in 1984. She worked as a medical assistant. She is survived by one son, Dennis Ewing of Oceanside, Calif.; her parents, Fredrick and Patricia; one sister, Julie Melander of Litchfield Park; two brothers, James and Andrew; and two grandchildren. A celebration of her life was held Aug. 18.
