CHISHOLM, Dorothy

Dorothy Conway Chisholm, 93, died Sunday, May 20, 2007, at home in Tampa, Florida under the care of Hospice. Raised in Evanston, Illinois, she was a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and while there, a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma. After rearing their family in Evanston, Illinois, she and her husband John retired to Sun City, Arizona in 1973. Both were active in many clubs and were charter members of the Sun City Scots and charter members of Palmbrook County Club. They were long time members of St. Clement of Rome Catholic Church. She was predeceased by her husband in 1998. She is survived by her dear cousin, Neva Booth, Peoria, Arizona; her two sons: John C. Chisholm and Neil M. Chisholm, both of Evanston, Illinois; her two daughters: Barbara Wells of Tampa, Florida and Paula Matos, La Quinta, California; her five grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. She will be interred next to her husband at Sunland Cemetery. Published in the Daily News-Sun on 6/1/2007.
