CODDINGTON, Eleonora Sophia (Sally)

Arizona Daily Sun, Flagstaff, Arizona Tuesday, January 17, 2012 "Sally" Coddington Eleonora Sophia was born December 21, 1910 in Spencer Iowa to Anders Peter Nielsen and Dagmar. She passed peacefully into the final step of her life's journey with her daughter in attendance. Sally was preceded in death by her Parents, Brother, Sister and her Husband, Lloyd and her eldest daughter, Luana (Sparr) Benson. She is survived by her remaining daughter, Pat Jasper, Grandchildren Craig (Tonya) Milam; Cindi Patch and Warren Collins. She has five great grandchildren and several great-greats. Sally retired from the Navajo Army Depot at Bellemont and leaves behind a legacy of being a wonderful cook, volunteer and a loving friend, mother and grandmother. She was active in the American Legion, belonged to the VFW, NARF, National Secretaries, Women's club, and also Ladies Elks. As Sally was an anatomic donor, there will be a memorial celebration of life service to be held at Hope Community Church, 3700 North Fanning on Saturday, January 21, 2012 @ 11:00am.
