D. Faye Kendall, 72, died Sept. 10, 2010, at her home in Litchfield Park.

Mrs. Kendall was born Dec. 13, 1937, in Kentucky. She had a 42½-year career as a flight attendant and management supervisor for United Airlines. For her work, she received civilian and Desert Storm awards from the U.S. Defense Department.

She is survived by her husband, Alan; and one brother, James Lucas of Kentucky.

Services will be private.
