Marcelino M. Rodriguez, 78, of Avondale died June 19, 2006.

Mr. Rodriguez was born June 2, 1928, in Mexico to Encarnacion and Apolonia Rodriguez.

He is survived by his wife, Elfida Rodriguez; three sons, Jose, Alfredo and Arturo Rodriguez; one sister, Ninfa Hidalia Penunuri; two brothers, Jose Rodriguez and Ramiro Montanez; and six grandchildren.

A service will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. today at La Mision Jubilee Center in Avondale. Interment will be at Resthaven Park Cemetery in Glendale.

Thompson's Valley West Funeral Chapel in Goodyear made the arrangements.
