Arlyne N. Riedel, 88, of Prescott Valley, Ariz., passed away Friday Jan. 13, 2012, in Prescott, Ariz.
She was born Jan. 6, 1924, in Milwaukee, Wis., to William and Myrtle Nagorsne and raised her family there. She and Fred were very active in their church.
Arlyne had a wonderful voice, always sang in the choir and was asked many times to sing for special occasions. She and Fred moved to Arizona in 1987, where they enjoyed the company of family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Frederick R. Riedel. She is survived by her daughters Nancy Guitguiten and Donna Lentz, and grandchildren Curtis and Eric Lentz and Carlen Guitguiten.
A memorial service was Friday, Jan. 18, 2012, at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, Phoenix, Ariz.
