Frank R. Fuentes passed away on June 11, 2007.  

He is survived by his wife, Mary Lou Fuentes, son, Darrell Fuentes (Claudia) and daughter, Michell Salazar (Juan Carlos) and grandchildren, Mary and Jack Lasonder, Damian and Samantha Fuentes, Marcus Smith and Daniel Salazar.  

Visitation with Rosary was at Bueler Mortuary 14 W. Hulet Dr. Chandler, AZ. Funeral Mass was on Fri. June 15 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 230 W. Galveston St.  Chandler, AZ.  Arrangements by Bueler Mortuary.
