Malissa "Cookie" Jaime, 24, of Avondale died Sept. 25, 2010.

Mrs. Jaime was born April 16, 1986, in Phoenix.

She is survived by her husband, Timothy; one son, Isaiah; her mother, Lorena Madrid; one sister, Vanessa Madrid; and two brothers, Jonathon and Joshua Madrid.

Visitation was held Tuesday.
