OLCZYK, Anna (Bushie)

Anna "Bushie" Olczyk, 91, of Phoenix, AZ passed away on June 9, 2007. 

Anna was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She is survived by daughters Gene and Terry and son Edward. Grandchildren Mark, Debbie, Gina, Mario, Ricky, Randy, Eddie, Weston, Stephanie, and 10 great grandchildren. Son-in-laws Jack and Ed, Daughter-in-laws Diane and Cathy. She is with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. 

Visitation and funeral service was Thursday June 14th, 2007 at St Patrick's Church, 10815 N. 84th St., Scottsdale.
