HOURT, Joseph Alan

Joseph Alan Hourt, 51, passed away on January 17th, 2012, in Mesa, Arizona. He was born in Casper, Wyoming to Alphonse and Theo (Rader) Hourt on December 24th, 1960. Joseph was a caring husband and father. He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Katherine; and his son, Joshua. Brothers include Dennis and Ken Hourt; Sisters include Deanna (Hourt) Lynch and Kathy (Hourt) Coleman and Patti Hourt. Joseph is preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Lyle John and Ed. Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 26, 2012 at 10:00 AM in the Pueblo building of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints 24th St. and Pueblo St. in Mesa, AZ with visitation 1 hour prior to the service. Visitation will also be held on Wednesday, January 25, 2012 from 5-8 PM in Mariposa Gardens Cemetery Chapel 6747 E. Broadway Rd. Mesa, AZ. Interment and Military honors will be held at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd. Phoenix, AZ on Thursday January 26, 2012 at 1:30 PM. Mariposa Gardens is entrusted with the arrangements.
