EBERLINE, JR., Charles D. (Chuck)


The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Wednesday, July 30, 2003 Charles D. (Chuck Jr.) Eberline, 45, of Phoenix AZ, passed away peacefully on July 26, 2003 after a long, courageous battle with illness. Chuck touched many lives and will be missed tremendously by all who knew him; family and friends alike. He was born on May 15, 1958 to Charles A. and Dorothy C. (Welch) Eberline in Ann Arbor, Michigan spending his childhood in Adrian, Michigan. Since 1976, Chuck has resided in Arizona, California and Idaho. Chuck is survived by his daughter Nicolette, by his fiance and best friend, Kathi Redmond, who was with him at the time of his death, by his father Charles A. Eberline, by his sisters Chris Scott and her husband Steve of Chandler, AZ, Carolyn Eberline Borcsani of Phoenix, AZ, by his brother Rick Eberline and his wife Barb (Briggs) of Gilbert AZ., and by many beloved nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his mother Dorothy and by three infant siblings. Chuck participated actively in life pursuing many activities such as golf and tennis as well as piloting small planes. He made a difference in many lives through random acts of kindness, and his departure will be widely felt by many who loved him. Chuck articipated in the Big Brother program forming a close relationship wit his "little brother" Danny Shue of Portland, Oregon. Chuck went to high school in Adrian, Michigan, graduating in 1976, he went on to receive a B.S. in Bus. Admin. from the Univ of Redlands. He spent many years in the real estate and mortgage business, most recently with Wells Fargo Mortgage Co. Services will be held at St. Timothy's Catholic Church 1730 W. Guadalupe Rd. Mesa, AZ 85202 at 10am on Thurs., July 31 2003. There will be an evening Memorial & Rosary on Wed., July 30 at 7:30pm at Falconer Funeral Home 251 W. Juniper Gilbert, AZ 85233. All are welcome to both services. In lieu of flowers Chuck's wishes were for donations to the American Liver Foundation, 4545 E. Shea Blvd. Ste 164 Phx, AZ 85028 ww.liverfoundation.org and for organ donor registrations in your name.
